Scope
Monitoring works were required of a conveyor airlock in a production facility due to constant freezing within the location due to the storage of perishable goods at low temperatures. Due to this, the floors were susceptible to movement.
Key Activities
30 monitoring points established to track changes in the structure over time.
Points monitored to an accuracy of +/-1.5mm accuracy.
Returned fortnightly for a duration of months to monitor the levels of each point.
Provided updated reports and drawings to the client within one day of completing each monitoring exercise.
